NOXID 60-Minute Mental Performance Training Session

Each session is tailored to the athlete’s unique goals, challenges, and competitive demands. Through evidence-based mental skills training and guided performance strategies, athletes learn how to regulate emotions, manage pressure, and build consistent performance habits.

This session provides athletes with practical tools they can immediately apply in training, competition, and everyday life.

During this 60-minute session, athletes will:

  • Identify current mental barriers and performance patterns

  • Develop personalized confidence and focus strategies

  • Learn techniques for managing stress and competitive anxiety

  • Practice visualization and mental rehearsal

  • Strengthen self-talk and emotional regulation skills

  • Build pre-performance and in-game routines

NOXID 30-Minute Mental Performance Check-In Session

This focused session provides athletes with an opportunity to reflect on recent training and competition experiences, evaluate mental skill application, and address emerging challenges. Through guided conversation and targeted coaching, athletes reinforce progress, refine strategies, and strengthen confidence.

These sessions help ensure that mental performance development remains consistent, intentional, and aligned with each athlete’s evolving goals.
